  GET SOME EARS WOMAN!! The lady at the cash register the first time I called sounded very dead and kept saying "hello" and there is nothing wrong with my phone, so it must've been on their side of the call. I hung up and called again, once again another problem with their side of the call. I had to repeat my order 3 times. Absolutely ridiculous.
